Performance Bootcamp offers 6 weekly sessions taking place on Wednesday's at 6:15pm at Empire Performance, for 1 hour. These sessions deliver a high intensity full body workout which includes working with a number of different pieces of equipment such as; sled, battle ropes, wall balls, tractor tyre, weighted vests & kettlebells. 

Bootcamp sessions on Week 1 & Week 6 will start at 6:00pm and include your before & after fitness tests.

Boditrax analysis will need to be completed a few days prior and after the bootcamp. 

You will also receive a bootcamp nutritional guide which will offer nutritional support to complement your training. Also includes motivational training tips to keep you engaged in-between bootcamp sessions.

Places limited to 12 people. Suitable for all abilities and ages (16yrs +)

Performance Bootcamp will run in 6 week blocks and can be booked in advance. Bootcamps will run on the following dates:

  • 13th September - 18th October 2017
  • 8th November - 13th December 2017
  • 3rd January - 7th February 2018
  • 21st February - 28th March 2018
  • 11th April - 16th May 2018
  • 6th June - 11th July 2018
