As part of your gym membership, you will receive a personalised programme tailored to your specific needs and goals. This one-to-one consultation can be reviewed every 6-8 weeks, or as often as you want it to be, to ensure you keep on track and get the best out of your sessions.

Our instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience, access to differing technology and equipment, and bags of enthusiasm to help keep you motivated and on track!

Complement your existing training programme with a free health check, including body stats, to get the most out of your membership package.

These checks include:

  • Height and weight measurements
  • Body fat %
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
  • Lean muscle mass %
  • Water %

Fitness assessments are available throughout, to support your progress and to keep you motivated and on track.

Bootcamp has provided me with a six week focus to make changes. The nutritional advice has been important to retrain how I eat, the physical exercise has kick started a new found love of fitness and the results are outstanding. The small group environment has helped me to gain confidence and meet like minded people who support each other to achieve results.
