Having played international rugby and with 6 years experience in the industry I’m committed to providing professional advice and support to help you achieve things you didn’t know were possible. I am specifically trained in GP referral, rehabilitation and post-natal training.

Bootcamp has provided me with a six week focus to make changes. The nutritional advice has been important to retrain how I eat, the physical exercise has kick started a new found love of fitness and the results are outstanding. The small group environment has helped me to gain confidence and meet like minded people who support each other to achieve results. The Instructors encourage fun and push you to challenge yourself week by week building strength and stamina. This is an experience not to miss!
